Delivery Information
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Once your order is packed and processed, expect an email within 1-3 working days to let you know your order is on the way.
Express delivery option available at the checkout. Please note: express delivery means you will have express Shipping. Our processing times may vary depending on the time of year and whether your items are being shipped from our warehouse, or directly from our suppliers.
Standard Shipping Service: 48 Hour Tracked.
Express Shipping Service: 24 Hour Tracked.

Some items in our range are dispatched directly from our trusted manufacturers or suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products and faster availability. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels, but all delivery details will be clearly communicated.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please email stores@longshottactical.co.uk for a quote for shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery unless otherwise stated on the individual listing, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If an order qualifies for Free Shipping, and you wish to return 1 or more items and doing so brings the sales value (before shipping costs) below the free shipping threshold, then the relative shipping costs will apply.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours of the order arriving
at stores@longshottactical.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
