Order Cancellation Policy

Our Kydex Customs Range comes direct from Kydex Customs. Custom Products are made to order therefore returns and cancellation policies differ to that of Longshot Tactical Ltd standard policies. Please read below carefully before placing an order for any of the Kydex range of products. 
 

"Due to the nature of our products being made to order here at Kydex Customs, we do have to have a strict cancellation policy. Any order placed has a 48 hour window in which it can be cancelled, anything later than this, we will be unable to cancel your order as your holster will already have started production". "If a custom order has been placed without prior communications which is then cancelled, we withhold the right to charge a 10% admin fee for proccessing these cancellations.

Returns Policy
We withhold the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for proccessing products which have been returned which are not faulty. Any refunds issued will not include shipping costs spent to initially ship the item(s).

Any items returned to us must be in a like-new condition and must not have been modified, damaged by the user or returned in an otherwise unsellable condiontion.

Pricing and VAT
All prices stated are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT (for UK customers). Prices displayed do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on weight. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping costs and are based on UK shipping only. Please email for international shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. We are not liable for any import tax or international VAT charged at the point of import for international (non UK) customers.

Custom Work/Design Work
At Kydex Customs, we invest time and materials into every custom and OEM order. If either party cancels, we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the total cost paid to cover expenses incurred.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stores@longshottactical.co.uk . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kydex Customs, Unit 3 Darren Drive, Prince of Wales Industrial Estate, Abercarn, Caerphilly,  NP115AR, Wales, United Kingdom

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@kydexcustomsuk.com. Please note that we are not able to refund any importation fees raised at the point of import for international (non-UK) customers.
